Veronica Villalpando (K-3) Hi, my name is Veronica Villalpando and I will be the special education teacher for kindergarten to third grade. This is my first year at Erie and I am very excited to be here. Before coming to Erie, I was a bilingual paraprofessional at Wayne Elementary School for four years.  I received my bachelor's and master‘s degree from DePaul University. Lois Wylen (4-5) This is my second year at Erie and I will be working with students in grades 4th and 5th. I graduated with my Masters in Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I am certified to teach students with special needs. I have an LBS1, and I am endorsed to teach Social Science Psychology. I received my undergraduate degree from North Park University with a major in Human Development. 

Eryn VanAcker (4-5) Hi, my name is Eryn Van Acker and I am very excited to start the new school year with you and your family!  This will be my third year working at EECS.  Over the summer, I completed my Master's Degree in Special Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  This year I have the pleasure of being the special education teacher for grades 4 and 5.  I will work with students to ensure their success within the classroom and in small groups outside of the classroom, as well.  Please feel free to contact me about any questions or concerns as the year progresses!

Evan Trad (6-7) Hi, my name is Evan Trad and I am very excited to start the new school year, as well as embark on the adventure that will be Middle School. This will be my 5th year teaching at Erie, and I have been working with many of your children for a number of years. Its been exciting to see the progress that they have made over the years. Last May, I completed my Master's Degree in Special Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
