Veronica Villalpando (K-3) Hi, my name is Veronica Villalpando and I will be the special education teacher for kindergarten to third grade. This is my first year at Erie and I am very excited to be here. Before coming to Erie, I was a bilingual paraprofessional at Wayne Elementary School for four years. I received my bachelor's and master‘s degree from DePaul University. I look forward to working the students and making this a great year. Lois Wylen (4-5) This is my second year at Erie and I will be working with students in grades 4th and 5th. I graduated with my Masters in Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I am certified to teach students with special needs. I have an LBS1, and I am endorsed to teach Social Science Psychology. I received my undergraduate degree from North Park University with a major in Human Development.
Eryn VanAcker (4-5) Hi, my name is Eryn Van Acker and I am very excited to start the new school year with you and your family! This will be my third year working at EECS. Over the summer, I completed my Master's Degree in Special Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago. This year I have the pleasure of being the special education teacher for grades 4 and 5. I will work with students to ensure their success within the classroom and in small groups outside of the classroom, as well. Evan Trad (6-7) Hi, my name is Evan Trad and I am very excited to start the new school year, as well as embark on the adventure that will be Middle School. This will be my 5th year teaching at Erie, and I have been working with many of your children for a number of years. Its been exciting to see the progress that they have made over the years. Last May, I completed my Master's Degree in Special Education from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
