Governance Establish a governing board of Erie Neighborhood House
board members, the EECS principal, community and civic leaders, teachers and
parents. Convene a Parent Leadership Team that will select a representative for
this board.
Partnerships Form partnerships with
universities, museums, businesses and other community
organizations.
